EGG DRY FRY

EGG DRY FRY


Egg dry fry is the easiest side dish where this can be taken with all rice items (Veg and non Veg)


Ingredients

Egg - 2 (Boiled)
Oil - 2tps
Coconut oil - 1 tps
Chilli powder - 1 tps
Salt - To taste
Curry leaves - 1 spring

Directions

1. Cut boiled eggs in to small pieces and keep it aside
2. Pour oil in the frying pan and curry leaves, chilli powder and salt to taste.
3. Keep the flame slow and add the small pieces of boiled eggs.
4. Deep fry until the raw smell goes.
5. Now Add the coconut oil at final stage and remove the pan from stove
