DARK CHOCOLATE
Ingredients
milk powder - 3 cups
cocoa powder - 1 cups
sugar - 3 cups
butter - 1 cup
chocolate essence - one small spoon
cashewnuts - half cup
almond - half cup

Directions
in a bowl take the milk powder and cocoa and add little water just to remove lumps.
take a pan and add sugar and little water and allow it to thicken until you get a string consistency.
now add butter and when it bubbles out switch off the flame.
add the cocoa mixture and stir well.
after it is cooled add the essence.
if any lumps are still present can run in the mixy for a minute.
finally add the cashew and almonds and pour it into moulds and deep freeze it.
