- Directions
- 1) Peel and boil raw banana.
- 2)Mash it well.
- 3)Add onion, green chilies and ginger.
- 4)Add salt and mix well.
- 5)Make small balls, flatten and shape like cutlets.
- 6)Shallow fry them.
- Serve Hot
