  • Oil - 5 table spoon
     Directions
  • 1) Peel and boil raw banana.
  • 2)Mash it well.
  • 3)Add onion, green chilies and ginger.
  • 4)Add salt and mix well.
  • 5)Make small balls, flatten and shape like cutlets.
  • 6)Shallow fry them.
    • Serve Hot
